In relationship marketing, it is important for you to have strong relationship with your subscriber. One of the best ways to build and strengthen relationships with your existing subscribers is to strengthen the rapport between you and your customer.
Here are a few ways to achieve that:
• Keep in touch with your mailing list often.
Don’t mail them only when you need to promote a product. You could email them and ask about their progress after downloading your free product or you could just mail them some info or joke that totally not related with promoting product or service. It will make your subscribers think that you care for them and not just want to mail them when you need to promote new product.
• Ask about their needs and concerns.
Use questionnaires and get them involved. Ask them what they want you to provide for them to help them with their Internet marketing business. It does not matter if they not reply your email immediately. Maybe they will reply your email later but what important here you have showed to your subscribers that you really want to help them and you will earn their trust.
• Send them gifts sometimes.
You could “surprise” your subscribers by sending them free reports, blog templates, graphics or even free membership access.
• Be personal.
Let them see your human side or your personal life. It sure beats dry, stale E-mails that talk about product launches all day.
• Be educational.
When you impart something of value to your subscribers, they will see you as a teacher and listen to what you say. This will come in handy when you want them to ‘listen’ to you and buy whatever you are selling.
So, these are few simple tips how you could build strong relationship with your subscribers. What important in relationship marketing is to show that you care about your customers and when you customers see you really care and want to help them, you can easily gained trust from your subscribers.
